Submission of abstracts

Proposals of abstracts for oral or poster presentations, of between 1500 and 2000 characters, are accepted, with 5 keywords and a short biographical note of between 300 and 350 characters, about the author(s).

Important dates:

  • Submission of abstracts: until the 28th of March 2022
  • Notification to authors: until the 19h of May 2022
  • Registration with a presentation: until the 31st of May 2022
  • Registration without a presentation: until the 15th of June 2022 (limited to available seats)

Proposals of abstracts for oral or poster presentations, of between 1500 and 2000 characters, are accepted, with 5 keywords and a short biographical note of between 300 and 350 characters, about the author(s).

Submissions of academic work in progress will only be accepted in co-authorship with the respective supervisor(s).

Regardless of the number of submitted abstracts of which you are (co)author, each participant may present, at the event, a maximum of two presentations.

Languages of the conference: Portuguese, French, Spanish and English.

Registration is per person and is mandatory.

Registration fees

  With a presentation:

• General – 150 €

• Students – 75 €

Without a presentation: 30€ (registration limited and mandatory).

CLLC and members of the Scientific Committee – Exempt from payment, but registration is mandatory.
