Proposals of abstracts for oral or poster presentations, of between 1500 and 2000 characters, are accepted, with 5 keywords and a short biographical note of between 300 and 350 characters, about the author(s).
Important dates:
- Submission of abstracts: until the 18th of April 2022 – Closed
- Notification to authors: until the 18th of May 2022
- Registration with a presentation: from 19th of May until the 07th of June 2022
- Registration without a presentation: from 19th of May until the 07th of June 2022 (limited to available seats)

Submissions of academic work in progress (Master, PhD or equivalent, for example
Scientific initiation scholarship) will only be accepted in co-authorship with the respective supervisor(s).
Regardless of the number of submitted abstracts of which you are (co)author, each participant may present, at the event, a maximum of two presentations.
Languages of the conference: Portuguese, French, Spanish and English.
Registering for the conference
Registration is per person and is mandatory for all those who wish to attend.

Registration fees for participants
With a presentation:
• General – 150 €
• Students – 75 €
Without a presentation: 30€ (registration limited and mandatory).
CLLC and members of the Scientific Committee – Exempt from payment, but registration is mandatory (attach proof of exemption – scientific committee membership certificate or word document containing the reason for your exemption)
